Tonight's ZM rehearsal brought an old friend from the old days back into the fold. THE Kenny Jackson, roadie for Hit n' Run and Wet Rebecca, made an appearance tonight with his brother Kris and two kids, Jacob and Justin. I, myself, have not seen Kenny in many, many years. The last time was in California about 16 years ago. Recently, he's been living in the wilds of Virginia and is up visiting family in NJ. He's fallen on some hard times but looks good for all the wear. It was really good to see him again. Also, his son Justin, is an amazing drummer. JEEZ, is this kid good! If Adam ever bails, we have a new drummer.
As for rehearsal, I brought down my old vintage Marshall 100w Super Lead and man, did that thing crank! I haven't played that thing in 16 years and when I turned it on, all hell broke loose! That's the amp I'll be using when we start recording our CD. I love my Marshall...
